Watched 2 skinny white guys run out of Penny's at the Galleria in Roseville at 8:30pm on Saturday with arms full of new pants. Another guy waiting on the drivers seat. Got in the car and drove out without lights on. Thieves in this car!!!!

This guy continues to back up into my car for a parking spot even when I honk as a warning. He then has the audacity to flip me off and tried backing up again. When approached, he was verbally aggressive, faking to be hard, and had zero accountability. I told him the least he could do was apologize, which he did.. semi-sincerely. Didn't waste another second with this guy, but watch out for his bad temper.
