Crossed into oncoming traffic to pass car on Jefferson Avenue. Weaved in front of passed car and abruptly applied brake. Stopped in middle of neighborhood street to impede driving. A driving menace.

Hi. Welcome to South OC. This ain't the I.E. where we like people to have manners, like signaling instead of lazily and inconsiderately oozing your way in front of others.
Driver in rage. Slamming break in front of other vehicle, swerving, drove sideways and not let other vehicle pass causing bad traffic, almost caused an accident.
Watch out because obviously the driver of this vehicle has a major anger problem.
