I was behind this guy on Route 1 in Point Reyes Station on Sept 5th. Hope he got pulled over. Driving super slow (20 mph in a 45) and veering across the center lane. We honked to alert him to move back to the center. Then he almost went completely through a stop and nearly hit a car. We had no cell coverage otherwise I would have called 911.

This guy continues to back up into my car for a parking spot even when I honk as a warning. He then has the audacity to flip me off and tried backing up again. When approached, he was verbally aggressive, faking to be hard, and had zero accountability. I told him the least he could do was apologize, which he did.. semi-sincerely. Didn't waste another second with this guy, but watch out for his bad temper.
