Tried to signal that he'd crossed lanes when he gestured at me, but he wasn't having it.

Highway driving I-10E from CA to AZ, the lady driving the Toyota Matrix (CA plate 5RFR100) is extremely passive aggressive on the road. Follows you just close enough to not be considered tailgating but does so for miles without passing. Later, when I was significantly ahead of her thanks to HOV lane, she makes an effort to catch up to me. All the while, she doesn't bat a single glance.

I was waiting for a parking space for 5-10 minutes in a busy corner, while waiting for the other driver to back out this rude blond driver decided to sneak into my spot quickly. When confronted all she said was "sorry someone else did that to me" How rude!!!

This Hyundai Sonata and the VW in front of it don't know how to follow directions. The traffic control people are telling you to go why are you hesitating?? and then you stop in the middle of the road, then go from left to right without signaling??
