White Toyota Yaris(?) heading on I-80 East toward Sacramento, last seen near Davis.
Proceeded to cut off several people in the rain, without signalling, while giving them no brake room. She drove erratically, merging back and forth from lane to lane, not caring whether there was a car inches away from her.

Nissan X-Terra with this plate was involved in an accident (he was at fault). Driver (Julio Vazquez) gave fake address and refused to give his insurance information. He stated that he had insurance but this was his brother's car and for that reason he would not give me any insurance information.

This car routinely drives like a maniac every morning. Cutting people off, flying down the road in the median, turning right onto the freeway entrance in the straight lane, and just plain insanity. Great bumper stickers but this kind of nutcase gives conservatives a bad name.

When there's no street parking.. just break the law and park on the sidewalk. That's the rule of thumb in slum Panorama City, CA
