This guy totally cut me off real close while I was on my bike on H st, merged and turned in front of me getting on the freeway. Almost hit me!

White 1990's Chevrolet Blazer, SF Giants stickers, Illegals passes, Tailgates, Plays head on, Brandishes what looks like a pistol out the (always dark and too far away cannot get positive ID) window if you get in his way, Reported him, but apparently not caught because seen him more than once doing this on Hwy 12 between Fairfield, CA and Lodi, CA.
