CA driver in WA, tailgating then speeding in front resulting in them braking repeatedly in front of me as they then tailgate the next person.
Figure out how following distances work and think real hard about how annoying it is to drive behind someone who brakes constantly when you're buying new brake pads.

Driver came in very close and almost clipped me. Driver signaled but there wasn't enough room without me hitting the brakes, and then afterwards failed to signal in subsequent turns
