BMW 328i in dark grey. Be on the lookout, the driver is not fit to drive, speeding, swerving, and hit his female passenger before yanking her out of the car, and then sped off. He is about 5'4", medium brown skin, and bald. He may be drunk or high, either way he should be in jail for a long long time for how he treated that woman, and for what he may do to pedestrians.

9/8/16 at 5:35 pm: turned right onto Fulton (westbound) from Laguna (southbound), cut off pedestrian and was interacting with her cell phone. She made eye contact with pedestrian but did not slow down, just continued driving and interacting with her cell phone.
