I saw this gentleman or should I say young "HUSTLA" stop his beautiful car in the middle of traffic in the intersection on third street and La Brea and help an old man up from the street that fell stepping up onto the curb from the cross walk. It's not too often anymore that I see people doing helpful gestures so I just wanted to say god bless you

Hit and run driver of a cyclist with injury in Oakland CA on September 1, 2016.
I was crossing with a double stroller with my toddler. Countdown was on and she dint bother to stop and tried to make a right turn. Is there anywhere else I can report this incident?
