Scion XB was drunk driving, hopped off the freeway, ran a red light, almost t-boned me, then cut me off to get back onto the freeway.

This guy tailgated me so close that i couldn't even see his hood in my rearview mirror. I flashed my brakes lights three times and proceded to switch to the right lane after traffic cleared. After I moved over a lane he then switches into the same lane only a few inches in front of me and slams on his brakes. At this point, I learned just how crazy he is. He switched back into the left lane and starts swerving at me as though he was going to hit my car all while yelling at me. That's not all. He then followed me for the next 30 minutes; he even followed me as I took one exit. Then on the second exit, he acted like he was going to exit but swerved back onto the freeway over the median. I think this guy may be actually insane.

Has a website called cuituremind.com and "sells clothing" but you never get the clothing or any money back. It's a scam and he's getting rich off of people

A little after 3pm 2/2/16 at calif science ctr, a females passenger banged her car door strongly against my car and just stared at me as if nothing happened. Needless to say, no apology.
