Silly woman and her gobby daughter stopped at a turning! Stopped dead and we came inches to her rear as we were checking the road turning to see if we could go, didn’t expect this silly lady to stop dead over the two lanes!!!!

As for the guy that was road testing the motorcycle and had his keys taken by an angry citizen that lived on that roadway, no idea if the citizen should be fined or not. There is stuff missing from the video such as the driving stunts (claimed by the citizen) on the roadway that angered that citizen. The cyclist didn't effectively deny doing any road stunts or whatever types of erratic driving that angered the citizen.

But if the complaint is solely about taking the keys, I don't know. There was a car prowler that was working over my grandparents' car. I immediately ran to his car and took the keys out and he wasn't fast enough to stop me. So, if I am on the side of the citizen being fined for taking the keys, then I was also in the wrong for taking the keys of the car prowler because at that time, he was not convicted by a judge for his petty crime and is therefore innocent until proven guilty. Therefore, I technically took the keys of an innocent person. However, I felt I was in the right since I was pissed off he was working on my grandparents' car. He was about to fight me but then lots of neighbors came out due to the shouting. With all those witnesses, he then switched to the "dindu nuthin you got no proof" tactic. As there was another person who saw him taking something out, that was enough witnessing. The suspect then switched to complimenting my grandfather for his nice big picture windows on the house. Ominous comment. These are huge and wide panes similar to those huge tall panes large stores have. Imagine two of those tall store windows mounted horizontally. The police finally show up. Due to the witness (besides me) being present, the cop asked my grandparents if they wanted to file charges.

My grandparents and I quickly got the idea what was going to happen, so NO CHARGES WERE FILED. This made me hate criminals more and more when they threaten your home if you prosecute them for petty theft crimes. Criminals win again and I had to give the keys back to the smooth criminal.

So, is taking keys away wrong? Smooth criminals think so.
