This reckless witch was driving erratically eastbound 154 in Santa Barbara County - varying speeds, random brake taps, indecisive maneuvers.. I went to pass in designated passing lane when she decides to accelerate to 80 + to prevent me from passing legally, endangering my life and the lives of others in the process.

Drives like an absolute douche bag. Half awake at lights, but almost kills people on the highway. Insane how bad of a driver this one is in ladera ranch.
