This guy is legit a fool. Doesn't even know the rules of the road. Parked in a handicapped spot and when called out attacked the guy with a tire. Need to have car taken and replaced with a tricycle imo. Baby steps needed with this one.

Went the extra mile by throwing a tire at someone when they asked him to prove he's handicapped after he parked in a handicap space. Showing a decal would have sufficed, but this legend demonstrated it. Enjoy your fifteen minutes, loser.

He pull over and I pulled over behind him. He then exited his vehicle (he did put his mask on) however I remained in my vehicle with the window up. I was concerned he might have a weapon and that if I kept driving he might chase after me. He then screamed at me "are you following me" I said no and he then left. He appeared distrubed.

Driver responsible for the creation of a monster. Ever heard of the movie Rubber (killer tire movie)? He pushed one tire much too far one day when he threw it at a fellow citizen and left it out in the cold to fend for itself. This tire is now on the loose attempting to exact revenge on humanity and it’s all this driver’s fault
