Used to happen to me a lot in my old apartment, as it was near a train station. People thought they were smart parking in the lot and saving money. It was always nice seeing a tow truck haul it away.

Could you please mention the area in which this occurred? There was a major theft recently - over 2000 personal checks in an area of orange county.

Update: Commited a misdemenor AUG13th 2019.This Jailbird Mario Lopez look alike threw a handfull of small rock stones and mulch in the face of a trans photog 20ft FROM THE FRONT DOOR OF A POLICE STATION LOBBY! Why was he going to the police station??? To pick up his child because hes battered his ex and she probally has a protective order against him.. A reall winner
