I estimate their speed was in excess of 90. I'm always suspicious of mainstream sedans with illegally dark tinted windows, particularly vehicles commonly purchased used by subprime clientele. These are commonly Impalas, Altimas, just about any Chrysler/ Dodge sedan that could be rented. They're commonly seen speeding midday on the I-5 N and S. I think many of them may be drug runners.

Probably the worst driver ever not only hitting a car but to then spit on it ad not even have the decency to say sorry. He neither deserves his license but also his insurance should not cover him.
