He stole my car and my ps4 (yes I am a gamer). His name is rayvaughn collins but he goes by 'juice'. African american male, sholder length dreadlocks, around 5'7" and heavy set with a limp. He can be found in oakland in the 80s. The police can't help me because the car is not registered yet (I just bought it yesterday). My 2 toddlers' car seats are in the back. I can't afford to lose what I have worked 2 jobs for. He drives drunk and high so BEWARE! The lexus ls400 is gold with non tinted windows
