Black Honda sedan tried to run me off the road this morning on Old Canton Rd.. He almost side-swipped me twice trying to get into the lane I was in. Honked but guy still kept moving over into my lane. Clueless aggressive driver and had a kid in the car too, just so pathetic.

THIS KID WAS DRIVING WITH EYES ONLY ON THE CELLPHONE,ALMOST HIT ME ON THE BACK AND HAD TO MOVE HIS CAR TO THE SHOULDER ,THEN CUT ME OFF TO CURSE, HE DIDN'T HAD THE SAFETY BELT AND WAS UNDER INFLUENCE.

Short Hispanic male speeding recklessly up I-5 in Irvine. Cracked windshield. Dodging and weaving in and out of other cars without signaling. Obviously running from something.

Goes eight mph under the speed limit at all times. The speed limit down Adams is not 38, just for the record.
