This asshat cut me off and hit his brakes on 95N in Groton, CT then I got out of his way and changed lanes and he pulled in front of me and brake checked me again. Almost getting me into an accident. On purpose. Purple 2012 Nissan Maxima with Puerto Rican licence plate frames.
