Ran a red light on 3 Av and E 97th street after cutting me off... reckless and quite aggressive.

I was close to 41.44388651166554, -73.47266095436099 when this car almost ran me off the road while I was passing it on my Radwagon. There was a steep curb on my right and I would have likely wiped out if I had been forced to try to hop it going 20 mph.
