This is a small red SUV that passed a stopped school bus unloading a second grader. Even though the bus driver laid on the horn, the driver (a woman) proceeded on her merry way. This happened on Leigus Road in Wallingford at 2:52pm 2/25/2020.
Reckless and inconsiderate! I bet she would say she was sorry if she hit the little boy!! 🤬
