This driver drives a gold Porsche SUV at over 70 miles an hour around cyclist on 05/24/2016 at 7:51 PM in Harrisburg off rocky River Road granted it is still very lit up outside. 10 minutes down the road he is playing baseball at a local park like he did not do anything. Driver pretends to be a meter maid but it's a scam. He bought car boots from a websites and acts as a parking attendant and scams people out of money. Tall guy, maybe 6'5 with gold teeth. If you are confronted call the police before paying anything.
