This person cut a driver off on a narrow road within a subdivision. We have "Please Slow Down" signs all over the neighborhood and he or she didn't care to respect that.

Driver pretends to be a meter maid but it's a scam. He bought car boots from a websites and acts as a parking attendant and scams people out of money. Tall guy, maybe 6'5 with gold teeth. If you are confronted call the police before paying anything.
