This person cut a driver off on a narrow road within a subdivision. We have "Please Slow Down" signs all over the neighborhood and he or she didn't care to respect that.

Parks in Handicap parking assigned place @1217 Woodland Ave Ne. Vehicle has no Handicap parking plates or sticker. Person driving vehicle is a young black man.

Tail gates less than 4 feet behind in heavy rain.
Speeds, Cuts people off.
