Woman with strong carribean accent claimed her existing side body damage to vehicle was caused by random person who parked next to her. Appeared very agitated, threatening, unstable. Possible insurance fraudster, opportunist, or scammer. Or perhaps just a mental case who ate lead paint. No clue. Def off-balance.

Parked in front of a woman trying to get to her townhouse, in such a way that she was blocked from proceeding so she could park her car where she was supposed to. Refused to move until the police came over 15 minutes later. Video proof is in another comment. What next, he'll block the exit at a rival sport team stadium? Block the entrance to a bar he doesn't like? Beware the car with these plates, it's just a mobile roadblock for anyone he has (mental) issues with.
