Today I was playing with my kids (3 and 4-year-old) and I see this green Mercedes SUV speeding in a residential area going at least 50 in a 25 zone. My kids got really scared and I hope that he/she who was speeding really reconsiders what they did.

I could tell a teenager was driving this car because he was going way too fast in a residential neighborhood. I understand that there was nobody around but an animal or a little kid was on the street, he could have killed them.
