Dude too busy talking on the phone while forcing his cadillac SUV into an already bumper to bumper exit ramp.

Such a crazy driver. Was weaving in and out of traffic, riding people, and driving in 2 lines in the middle of a thunderstorm. Never used his turn signal and almost crashed into me as well as several other cars. Should've called the police
