Has to make up for his lack of "size" by cutting you off and slamming on the brakes when you're about to pass, even though he has no one in front of him and has no reason to get into your lane.

Driver was on phone texting while on the highway at night. Driver also seemed to appear driving under the influence as they were serving constantly on the road

At sometime after 2:20 PM today, the driver of this vehicle illegally switched lanes, crossing over the solid white line of incoming traffic on the overpass right over I-29 in Sioux City. This driver should be issued a traffic ticket and should not be allowed to drive if they continue to get away with this. Crossing over a solid white line is illegal.

10/10 experience with this guy! thought he was letting me merge over on I-95 then he throws a drink in my car followed by a beautiful middle finger. Highly recommend driving next to him if you enjoy a soaked interior on a hot summer day!
