This woman has no concept of how a 3 way stop works. She believes she should follow the car in front of her regarfless of any other cars at the intersection. Then screams at other people and takes video of their cars

This is just uncalled for. This should not have been allowed to happen. This is rude and just plain disrectful to the deceased. And at a military grave. As a veteran I find this outrageous. He should be fined.
