This hideous middle aged fool went straight through a red light, and then instead of going through the clear intersection after he already blatantly broke a law, he decides to break another by reversing towards me even while I’m laying on my horn because the light he was hype af to run is now green. Has the balls to give me the finger like I’m in the wrong. Wouldn’t even make eye contact with me when we were next to each other🤣🤣🤣these people cowards.

Creepy guy who yells after strangers out in public. Car he drives is a Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS from about the 1980s in black with some red trim. Please identify this guy for first-degree harassment when out in public!
