This hideous middle aged fool went straight through a red light, and then instead of going through the clear intersection after he already blatantly broke a law, he decides to break another by reversing towards me even while I’m laying on my horn because the light he was hype af to run is now green. Has the balls to give me the finger like I’m in the wrong. Wouldn’t even make eye contact with me when we were next to each other🤣🤣🤣these people cowards.

Very dangerous driving on Bartram Avenue (Philadelphia) at W75.2513 N39.8840 by two vehicles with PA plates LYE-9384 and MMY-9340 on 4 Nov 2024 around 3:41 PM.
Weaving in and out of traffic at excessive speeds racing other car PA LYE-9384, using the emergency lane, running red lights, nearly causing multiple accidents.
