I pulled behind him in the right lane at the light by 75 on Adams to pass a slow driver. Passed her, immediately got back into the non-turning lane and left him space in case he wanted to do the same. He waited til the last minute to cut me off from the right at Square Lake, requiring me to slam on the brakes and gave me the finger when I honked. Cut me off making a left in the Center garage, nearly clipped a parked car, and blocked off the way while he tried to figure out if the exit in front of him was actually the exit.
This Buick driver cut me off with a very slow left onto Adams at Walton, and proceeded to chug along at 5 miles under the speed limit, slamming on the brakes at any sign of another car.
This person does not understand how to use a parking structure payment system and holds up everyone else behind them. Thanks for adding time to our commute home from downtown Rochester.
