Cut me off making a left in the Center garage, nearly clipped a parked car, and blocked off the way while he tried to figure out if the exit in front of him was actually the exit.
This Buick driver cut me off with a very slow left onto Adams at Walton, and proceeded to chug along at 5 miles under the speed limit, slamming on the brakes at any sign of another car.
