Drugged up fake blonde female driver. Didn't hear people honking. Almost ran me into a barrier. I had my hand on the horn the whole time, she never turned her head. Even after i recovered and passed her...I called mn patrol after crazy swerving in and out of lanes. Thank God there was a small shoulder. We were just getting to a bridge and a few seconds more there would have been no shoulder.

The man driving this vehicle purposely ran over a family of geese. Pure Evil! I reported it to the Eden Prairie Police Department but nothing has been done about it.
