This driver almost put me in an accident tonight (10/11/2017). It all started on 19th Street in Fargo when she cut me so that she could get on Highway 26 first. As I was trying to switch Lanes on Highway 26 she then started driving aggressively preventing me from switching Lanes. I let her go and slowly caught up with right after the Highway 26 and Highway 94 underpass. She saw me passing her and then she accelerated and took my exit so that she could get in front of me.

why not skip the honking and use your hands to turn the wheel a little to cross the centerline? There wasn't anyone coming.
