Ass rider. She pulled up behind me then passed on the right and promptly swerved back and rode the poor guy's ass in front of me for another mile before passing him to the left and then swerving directly in front of him to take the exit on the right. She was swerving everywhere.

Mid 2000s Silver Nissan Altima. Person driving 20mph under speed limit (30 in a 50) so passed in a LEGAL passing zone and they sped up and proceeded to tailgate. Back window was completely blocked out with white covering and couldn’t see into vehicle. Vehicle then passed me illegally again and sped off.
