Paranoid weirdo guy. Keeps brake checking me on a 30 mph zone. I tossed it up to a weirdo guy having a bad day so I decided to make my turn and go home. Then he decides to flip me off. What is this guys problem!?!?

This driver almost killed 30 people including me tonight. He must have been on his phone. He was going 50mph straight towards myself and my group of friends while we were trick or treating. My mom, brother, girlfriend, and 25 other friends almost died because of this lunatic. He should not have his license.
