This individual backed into my vehicle at Kohl's in the Hamilton Market Place. Luckily a family caught it on camera and waited for me to come out. I intend to pass it to the NJSP.

Drove INBETWEEN me and another car in a tight two lane road, going at least double the speed limit of 40MPH, swerves in front of me and uses the turning lane to drive around another car.
