Prone to tailgateing at high speeds, stopping in the middle of traffic, obstructing the flow of traffic, exiting the vehicle and confronting occupants of other vehicles. If you see this vehicle operated by a black male, call 911 and report his location. If driving, report the town, street, road or highway, direction of travel and location. Also note and report number of passengers, together with a description of same. Use your cell phone video to record the operation of this vehicle if you spot it and send to the police department in the town or city in which you observed it.

The driver of the 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee hit my car in Newark, NJ and then took off. I was in traffic at a standstill on Route 78 westbound. Guy caused $750 damage to my vehicle
Gold four door Toyota Corola. Driven by a black female psychotic head case. A fat ugly porker. Known associate of 141 Pennypacker Dr. Willingboro, NJ. residence of Anthony Fanniel. Fanniel butchered his mother in the kitchen of their Roselle NJ home in October 1991 using a 14 inch butcher knife (slashing her throat and nearly severing her head and then plunged it through her chest into ber heart) and then hours later attempted to murder his father by plunging the same knife into his back. Fanniel was in Bayside State Prison for 20 years of a 40 year sentence and following his release 'for good behavior,' was then convicted of a third felony - robbery in 2013.
