NJ- B92GES Black Ford Focus driven by black male who is extremely dangerous with a criminal history. Prone to tailgateing at high speeds, stopping in the middle of traffic, obstructing the flow of traffic, exiting the vehicle and confronting occupants of other vehicles. If you see this vehicle operated by a black male, call 911 and report his location. If driving, report the town, street, road or highway, direction of travel and location. Also note and report number of passengers, together with a description of same. Use your cell phone video to record the operation of this vehicle if you spot it and send to the police department in the town or city in which you observed it.
Last observed May 9, 2017 at approximately 4:25pm on Rt. 295 South exiting at Route 38 West. He was then observed entering Mt. Laurel.
