This lady was hesitating whether she should go or not at the stop sign and then suddenly made her decision to go right in front of me and claimed that shes got enough space. I was gonna go straight, had to stop her from killing people on the road.

Looking at phone, swerved over double yellow into oncoming traffic several times over two minutes on Ridgedale road. Oblivious to oncoming drivers that had to avoid her.

this person is driving a burgundy Honda CRV and driving like a crazed madman. Easily going 100 MPH weaving in and out of lanes and even driving on the shoulder at over 90 this morning between 630 and 745am I phoned into the NJ State Police and they put out several cars. By the time I was able to get the police this car was already down from Boonton area and now was past Mt Airy Road exit (exit 26)
