POLICE OFFICER. HE DRIVES A SILVER MINI VAN WITH
FLASHING RED AND BLUE LIGHTS, WITH A PA SYSTEM
AND ORDERS PEOPLE TO PULL THEIR VEHICLE OVER.
HE MUST BE STOPPED FROM THIS RECKLESS BEHAVIOR. IF YOU SEE THIS VEHICLE CALL 911 PROMPTLY.
