If I seen the dg in the car, I would have called the police First, & IF the dog was in distress I would have broken out the window to get that dog out of there! She doesnt need a dog Or any children! She Needs to do time in jail for at least 3 years!!!

Mover over after I notice trooper unit on right shoulder on the bronx River Pkwy. She then decided to tailgate me and flash headlights and honor her horn at me speed pass me and cut me off and throw object at my car all while I had my family in the car.
