Woke up to get my car at 8 something just to find thid lady literally bumped into it she was sleeping with a guy literally knocked out and were moving were it seemed they were under the influence. I didn’t say anything just took pictures because I didn’t want to start anything. Eventually she got up and asked me why was i standing there and i said because you hit my car. She got off gave it a little laugh repeated twice she didn’t hiy it when clearly it was on my bumper literally no shame she said i can call the cops because she doesn’t care and literally drove away immediately. Like i said i didnt wanna start anything especially not that early but wow the lack of shame is disgusting when I literally caught her in 4k. Not gonna say she was under the influence because I wouldn’t know that but the way she was moving and making gestures definitely didn’t seem normal and I definitely didn’t wanna deal with a drunk driver or whatever she was possibly on. Unfortunately i cant upload videos here but i did take 3.

Chevy Avalanche driver busy eating from paper bag of something while traffic had slowed to a stop. He kept on moving forwards and hit the car. The front bumper of his truck already had various damage marks from previous occasions. He did not communicate in English (or refused to) and then drove off without providing driver license or insurance papers. This made it a criminal case and charges were filed.
