The driver of this vehicle went around me into the oncoming lane when I was stopped at a crosswalk for a pedestrian. They almost hit the pedestrian who had to launch himself onto the sidewalk to avoid being killed

Extremely DANGERIOUS Driver weaving in and out of traffic came flying into my lane without Warning and would have hit me if I didn't hit my brakes and swerve. Silver Saab 93 New York License Plate JCM 2267 The Ithaca Police and New York State DMV have been notified of this drivers inability to operate a motor vehicle. The NY DMV Should SUSPEND his License Indefinitely!
