Hit and run. Crashed into my car. Wouldn't get out of her car. Refused to look at damage or even acknowledge. Left the scene when I started calling the police.

Female with a small dog on her lap almost side swipe me on the Grand Central going west. I had to swerve into another lane, lucky no car was in that lane.
