Driver dissappeared behind dash and started crossing center line toward me. I blew horn, and driver reappeared, stopped coming over eventually, but continued to drive on middle of road past me.

I was pulling out and this lady wasn't even in my lane and decided she was going to race to get in front of me and almost hit the front of my car. Pay attention you old hag and learn to use your turn signal that I so generously pointed at mine for you.

This lady lied to police about an accident she cause by running a red light. She could of killed herself and others involved in the crash. Thankfully the other driver was paying attention, saving both of their lives.
