Driving reckless, kept putting black tinted window down to yell at drivers and then back up. Finally three object at another car and quickly took a highway exit off road.

This fine fellow drove 10-15mph under the speed limit and sat through a green turn arrow. When the road changed to two lanes with a passing zone, he floored it so hard that you could see smoke shoot of the exhaust. When it went back down to one lane, he proceeded to driver 10-15mph under the speed limit. Get a life.
