This driver was going 5 mph down east liberty boulevard trying to intentionally wreck a government vehicle. This car kept coming to a complete stop and intentionally trying to wreck the other vehicle. Please be aware of this person because they have no care or concern for you or your safety.

How is this person still legally driving? Drove behind this car for 15mins in Brooklyn and this person does not know the definition of lane markers. Often drove in the middle of two lanes and drifted in and out between the lines without signaling. I was scared for all the people driving in front or next to it.

Near Ardmore cut off our school bus in rush hour traffic causing us to stop short and injuries to kids onboard.
