Driver will stop at all intersection as if there is an imaginary stop there, then all traffic lights are seen as stop signs, even green lights! Totally incompetent, not even sure how or where they received their license.

Dude in this Toyota Camry pulled through a parking space and into the driving lane in a busy lot at peak time, without checking. If my brakes were any less excelllent or my reactions any poorer this man would have had half a Subaru through his driver side door.
