Drunk driver. Drunk LYFT and UBER driver. Swerving all over the place on E Carson St and the Birmingham Bridge. So drunk they drove all of 16th St in reverse, in traffic! Did all this with passengers in the vehicle.

Ran stop sign exiting a parking lot. Cell phone in right hand, left hand out the window flipping the bird. Slams on breaks in roadway, then runs another stop sign, laughing and flipping everyone off as he stops again in the road and gets out of his car. Little sad man. Ran back to his car as soon as I stood up out of mine. Ran two more stop signs.
