I almost hit this vehicle because the lady was turning right on RED, in a freezing rainy day! When turning right on RED, this is not an appropriate distance to turn! Especially when there is freezing rain and the road is slippery!

This guy is going to kill someone. Rt 28 northbound. He flew up behind me, went around, cut me off, and slammed on the brakes. I watched him do it to another car after me. Over the course of 10 miles, he almost caused 3 accidents.

This driver tried to run people off the road with his wife and kid in the car, lives in NJ and has Pennsylvania plates. He’s tried to run me over twice.
