This Mofo driver is a fool. He blocks the passing lane and won't let you pass him. He plays slow and fast game and he is stupid to do it with his Kids in the car. He may be a drug addict looking to make some fast moneys.

Girl who drives this car drives HORRIBLE every day. Coming out of Westminster, MD going to PA. Girl cuts people off, tailgate, runs readlights, passes illegally on the right and over the double yellow line. Tan/greenish colored 2010 style Ford Fusion. Plates GHG 5415
