This guy/girl is going to cause an accident. He drives in the dark with his lights off, and runs the red lights and speeds past drivers in the turning lanes. He has done this on several occassions when I have seen him/her, but I am sure that they do this all the time.

This guy in his 4Runner chopped me off at the last minute on the 61 last morning! When I gave him a honk, he gave me his middle finger out his window! Really?!

Driving with no lights at night across from PA to Jersey on 202N, swerving all over the lanes, possibly playing on his phone, and going between 20 over and 20 under the speed limit. So reckless!
