Shiny new white BMW - under cover police car driven by a plain clothes white guy who offered to put a "hit" on a creep who has been stalking me for 4 years because police want him dead worse than I do - and then can charge me w/criminal conspiracy. This driver turned right on red onto incoming traffic that had the green light. She said that there was no “no turn on red” sign. Explained to her she does not have the right of way if oncoming traffic has the green light. Didn’t get it!’
