Terrible driver, attempted to run me off of the road for merging into his lane, proceeded to veer into the right lane later on with no turn signal.

This guy/girl is going to cause an accident. He drives in the dark with his lights off, and runs the red lights and speeds past drivers in the turning lanes. He has done this on several occassions when I have seen him/her, but I am sure that they do this all the time.
